Nurses' mental well-being levels and their influencing factors

This research was carried out as a descriptive study to determine the mental well-being levels of nurses and factors affecting them. The between 01/04/2023-07/04/2023 with participation 190 working in university hospital. data were collected by using 22-question information form, prepared researcher line literature, which determines sociodemographic life characteristics nurses, Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-Being Scale. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, median (min-max), Kruskal Wallis test, Mann Whitney U One-Way Analysis Variance, Independent Sample t-test used for analysis. In findings obtained from this study, determined at moderate level. It is recommended that well-being-based interventions should be planned support mentally, it will contribute development their professional skills daily lives.
